ORDER PROCESS
You can place your order online directly from our website.
When you finish your selection, and make the check out, you can choose the payment method and the summary of your order will be sent to us and to you by e-mail.
Your pro-forma invoice will be available inside the online area “My Account – Order History” you can click and download each invoice.
We will keep your order during 7 days in our warehouse, after that it will be cancelled automatically by our system.
Please be sure before you confirm your online order about every detail : billing and shipping address, contact person, VAT Number (For Europe only)…

AVAILABILITY OF YOUR ORDER

Merchandise "IN STOCK" (Ready in our warehouse):

After receiving your order, our system will ask you to settle an advanced payment, in order to start preparing your order.
As soon as we receive the payment, our warehouse will prepare your merchandise, and our system will send you automatically, every step of your order. Your final invoice with the packing details, size of each box, weight and dimension will be sent to you by email.
We can ship by one boxe, to multi boxes or pallets; it depends of the size of the order.

Processing time
After receiving the payment, your order will be ready in 5 to 7 working days in our warehouse.
The order processing is from Monday to Friday only GMT+1 France– during the week-end our workers take a break!

Merchandise "ON ORDER" (Ready in the warehouse of our supplier):
If you would like to buy in bulk, we are able to offer you out of the website stocklist available from the warehouse of our suppliers. Feel free to ask our sales department!

After receiving  your order, we send it to our supplier  to check the availability. Once we receive the availability, we will send you a Pro-forma Invoice and ask you to confirm your order with a 30% down payment.
As soon as we receive your order in our logistics platform, we will control the quantity and the quality of the goods.
Then, our online support will send you your final invoice , the packing details and ask you to pay the balance of 70% in order to ship out the goods.
The delivery time for this service can vary from 2 to 6 weeks once we receive your advanced payment and depends of each supplier.

PAYMENT TERMS
 The payment is always done before delivery. We accept various types of payment :
- BANK TO BANK WIRE TRANSFER. (Bank fees at the customer charge)
- CREDIT CARD, VISA, MASTERCARD (2% bank fees will be applied to your final invoice)
- PAYPAL (4% fees)
- WESTERN UNION (add 10euro fees)

 DOCUMENT SUPPORT FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
 EUR 1 :
We can provide EUR1 for merchandise produced in the European community only (Made in Italy, France)
We can also do a partial EUR1 if you choose items produced outside of the European community.

CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN: 
We can supply a certificate of origin only for required countries, this is not automatically made by our administration.

SANITIZED INVOICE: 
We can supply a sanitized invoice for custom order only, 

FDA REQUIRED FOR AMERICAN IMPORTERS
Our company can provide you with all the paperwork to import products from France to the USA.  Our company takes every year the certification to export merchandises to the USA from Europe and in accordance with the Foods and Drug Administration. The US customers have to declare every importation to the customs before importing the goods to the USA.
Our company declines all responsability if your parcel is hold by the US customs.

Please note that all prices are Ex Works Paris France.

AUTHENTICITY OF THE GOODS
We only supply authentic merchandise. All eyeglasses, sunglasses and watches come with their original packaging.

RETURN POLICY
This process is available only for the merchandise "READY IN STOCK"
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return part or all of your order within 8 days after receiving your shipment, by meeting the following conditions:
1/ The returned sunglasses, eyeglasses, watches must be in their original conditions.
2/ Must be in their original color assortments.
3/ Must be in their original plastic sleeves.
4/ Must be in their original containers.
5/ Must have all their labels, tags and cases
6/ The returner will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from our warehouse.
7/ There will be a 20% restocking fees on returns and exchange items.
8/ Please allow 8 business days to create a Credit Note, we do not refund. 

RETURN POLICY FOR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you receive a damaged  shipment,  please contact us immediately by Email or Telephone: +33 (1) 80 40 00 38 (GMT+1 France)
Please do not delay more than three business days to file the claim with the shipping company.
This will make the claim more efficient.
 Note: Shipping & Handling Fees are non-refundable. On returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to our warehouse.

PICTURESEvery picture available on our website is our total property and cannot be used by our members for commercial sales without any authorisation.

The pictures of the cases are non contractual, Brands produce different styles of cases, we only show one on our website, and we cannot guaranty you to receive exactly the same style.
For TRUSSARDI, we only supply a generic brown case without the brand name logo
