ORDER PROCESS


You make your order online directly from our website.

When you finish the selection and make the check-out, you will choose the payment method and the summary of your order will be sent to us and to you by e-mail.

 

Your pro-forma invoice will be available inside the online area “My Account – Order History” you can click and download each invoice.

We will keep your order during 7 days in our warehouse, after that it will be cancelled automatically by our system.

 

Before you confirm your online order please be sure about every detail, billing, shipping address, contact person, VAT Number (For Europe only)…

 

AVAILABILITY OF YOUR ORDER


Merchandise "IN STOCK" (Ready in our warehouse):


After we receive your order, our system will ask you for the advance payment in order to start the preparation of your order.

As soon as we receive the payment, our warehouse will prepare your merchandise, and our system will automatically send you every step of your order status. Your final invoice with the packing details, size of each box, weight and dimensions will be sent to you by email.

We can ship by one box, to multi boxes or pallets; it depends on the size of the order.

 

Processing time


After payment receipt, your order will be ready in 5 to 7 working days in our warehouse.

Order processing Monday to Friday only GMT+1 France– weekend our workers take a break!

 

Merchandise "ON ORDER" (Ready in supplier's warehouse):


If you are looking to buy in bulk quantity we are able to offer you a stock list outside the website available from our suppliers' warehouse. Ask our sales department! Minimum order is generally 200pcs per brand.


After we receive your order, we send it to the supplier to check the availability. When we have your order availability, we will send you a Pro-forma Invoice and ask you to confirm your order with a 30% down payment.

As soon as we receive your order in our logistics platform, we will control the quantity and the quality of the goods.

After that, our online support will send you your final invoice and the packing details and will ask you to pay the balance of 70% in order to ship out the goods.

 

Delivery Time for this service is minimum 2 weeks and maximum 6 weeks, after down payment receipt, it depends on each supplier.

Please note that, as we are brokers and as we order ourselves your goods to the suppliers, there shall be no refund of any kind of any payment. Also, we do apply a no return policy of the goods.

PAYMENT TERMS


 Payment is always done before delivery. We accept various types of payment in two currencies: US Dollars & Euros.

- BANK TO BANK WIRE TRANSFER. (Bank fees at customer charge)

- CREDIT CARD, VISA, MASTERCARD (2% bank fee will be applied to your final invoice)

- PAYPAL (4,2% Fees)


 

Our sales team must receive your 30% down payment up to 15 days from the day you place the order. If not, the order will be canceled.

Our sales team must receive the rest of your payment up to 1 month once the order is ready in our warehouse. 

If not, the order will be canceled, the pieces will be back into stock, and we will keep 20% of the amount of the order for restocking fees purpose.


 

DOCUMENT SUPPORT FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT


EUR 1 :
We can provide EUR1 for merchandise produced in European community only (Made in Italy, France)
We can also do Partial EUR1 if you chose items produced outside the European community.

CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN:
We can provide a certificate of origin only for the countries that require it, this is not automatically done by our administration.

SANITIZED INVOICE:
We can supply sanitized invoice only for custom order. 

 

FDA REQUIRED FOR AMERICAN IMPORTERS


Our company provides you with every paper to import products in USA from France. Every year, our company takes a certification to export merchandise to the USA from Europe in accordance with the Food and Drug Administration. The US Customers have to declare every importation to the customs before importing goods in the USA.

Our company declines all responsibility if your parcels are hold by the US customs.

 

 

DELIVERY OF THE MERCHANDISE


Note that all prices are Ex Works Paris France.

We can quote shipping fees, directly online. We are able to ship your merchandise worldwide:

DHL WORLDWIDE. Express Service 2 -4 working days depends on the location, worldwide delivery.

 

COLISSIMO INTERNATIONAL, Standard Service - Economic Service 8 -10 working days, worldwide delivery ( Service of La Poste France - like EMS). 


Important notice : In case of loss, all the shipping by Colissimo will be refund at maximum 1500€ per order, excluding tax.

AUTHENTICITY OF THE GOODS


We only supply authentic merchandise. Each of eyeglasses, sunglasses and watches comes with original packaging.

RETURN POLICY

This process is available only for the merchandise "READY IN STOCK"

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return a part or all of your purchase within 8 days after receiving your shipment, if it means the following requirements:

1/ The returned sunglasses, eyeglasses, watches must be in their original condition.

2/ Must be in their original color assortment.

3/ Must be in their original plastic sleeves.

4/ Must be in their original container.

5/ Must have all their labels and tags and Case.

6/ The returner will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our warehouse.

7/ There will be a 20% restocking fees on returned and exchanged items.

8/ Please allow 8 business days to process Credit Note, we do not Refund.

9/ As the lifespan of the clearance product is short, we do not provide any after sales service for « Special offer » and « Clearance ». They cannot be sent back or exchanged with order product. However if the articles are damaged during the transport, you should contact us by e-mail, within 7 working days after the reception. In your e-mail, you should mention the order reference and tacking photos the damaged items. We’ll find a solution as fast as possible. All return without our permission is rejected.

10/ WE DO NOT TAKE BACK ANY PRODUCT WITH THE MENTION “SPECIAL OFFER” AND “CLEARANCE”.

This process is not available only for merchandise "OUTSIDE OF THE STOCK"
Please note that, as we are brokers and as we order ourselfs your goods to the suppliers, there shall be no refund of any kind of any payment. Also, we do apply a no return policy of the goods.


 

RETURN POLICY FOR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT


The buyer has 8 days after receiving the goods to inform us of any defective product by email (with pictures). Once we receive it, we will check the pictures and we will tell you how to proceed. Do not send us back any defective item without any authorization.
We will send you a return label and you can ship us back the defective item by the regular post office (do not use an express carrier).


If you receive a damaged Shipment, please contact us immediately by Email or Telephone: +33 (0)1 80 40 00 38 (GMT+1 France)

 

Please make sure to take a photo of the parcel if damaged at reception, and weigh it before unpacking.
If there is any problem with your order, these photos and information will allow us to investigate.


Please do not delay more than three business days to file the claim to the shipping company.

This will make the claim more efficient.



 

Note: Shipping & Handling Fees are non-refundable. For returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to our warehouse.

 

PICTURES


Every picture available on our website is our total property and cannot be used by our clients for commercial purposes without authorization.

The case Pictures are non-contractual, Brands produce different types of cases, we only present of them on our website, and we cannot guaranty you to receive exactly the same case.

 

Subject to availability, we provide original branded cases with the products. In case of stock shortage, the frames and sunglasses will be delivered in a generic pouch without cloth.
