Return policy

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return part or all of your purchase within 8 days after receiving your shipment, by meeting the following conditions:

  1. The returned sunglasses, optical frames, watch must be in the original condition.
  2. Must be in its original color assortment.
  3. Must be in its original plastic sleeves.
  4. Must be in its original packaging.
  5. Must have all its labels and tags.
  6. The returner will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our warehouse.
  7. There will be a 20% restocking fee on returns and exchange items.
  8. Please allow 8 business days to process refund

Please do not delay more than three business days to file the claim with the shipping company. This will make the claim more efficient. Your entire shipment will be replaced without any charges to you.

 

Note: Shipping & Handling Fees are non-refundable. On returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to our warehouse.
